Q:What is your arrival and cancellation policy?
A: Indigo The Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to arrive on time for your appointment, please call ahead to let your service provider make use of the time.
Clients who arrive after their appointment time are subject to rescheduling at the discretion of the service provider.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete new client paperwork and insure adequate time for changing clothes.
Q: Does Indigo have Gift Cards and what is the policy for using them?
A: Yes, we do!
We have what is referred to as a "universal gift card system." Any gift card purchased at any of our locations (BlueMan, Indigo The Salon, or Indie Salon Society) can be used at any of our facilities as long as it is still valid.
Gift Certificates can be redeemed within ONE YEAR of the issued date...not that you'd want to wait! Gift Certificates are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Q: Where is Indigo The Salon located?
A: Indigo recently moved from it's home of 9 years to a beautiful two story 5,500 salon and spa space. Indigo is located in the upscale Lake Jeanette area in Northwest Greensboro and calls The Village at North Elm home.
Take Battleground Avenue North, turn right onto Pisgah Church Road. Cross Lawndale Drive, Willoughby Blvd. and the next light is North Elm Street, go through that traffic light and turn right into the second driveway. Look for the blue and white stripe awnings! We're next door to Hallmark.
